Day 290

Breakfast:
1. 3 uttapams cooked with onions & tomatoes

Lunch:
1. Veg pulao cooked with mushrooms, carrots, peas, cashews & kishmish
2. Ilish maach in mustard gravy
3. Bhindi ki subzi
4. French fries

Dinner:
1. 2 rotis
2. Chanar daal
3. Aaloo-Gobhi subzi
4. Rice
5. Dahi
