Breakfast:
1. Chocos with cold milk
2. 3 Parathas
3. Palak paneer

Lunch:
1. 2 Rotis
2. Chicken curry
3. Bhindi fry

Dinner:
1. 2 Rotis
2. Chicken Kheema Balls
3. Mix Vegetables (Onions, French Beans, Tomatoes, Cabbage)
