Day 268

Pre-Breakfast: 
1. Coconut Water

Breakfast: 
1. Chocos in cold milk with bananas, almonds, peanuts
2. 1 Methi ka paratha
3. 2 Chicken Sausages (boiled)

Mid-Snack:
1. 1 scoop Natural's Guava ice-cream

Lunch:
1. Rice with dal (cooked with jeera ka tadka), chicken kheema, gobhi

Snack:
1. 1 Apple & 1 Pear

Dinner:
1. 2 Prawns cooked with corn, tomato & peas
2. Arbi ki subzi
3. 3 Rotis

Dessert:
1. 1 scoop Natural's Mango ice-cream
